After checking if we have an empty car at our shop, we will send you an estimate and a temporary reservation e-mail.
After that, when we receive the payment (20,000 yen) or total charge payment from the customer from the invoice mail, you will get a firm reservation (cancellation fee will be charged from this point).

  • Compensation system for deductibles

    (You are forced to join if you are a foreigner.)
    If you do not join this system, you should bear the burden of self-payment maximum (object compensation 100,000 yen, vehicle compensation 100,000 yen) in the case of the accident occurrence.
    *Roof destruction because of entering height limited area, one-car accident in the parking lot, and destruction because of climbing up to the car roof are not covered by insurance.

  • Non operation charge (NOC)

    If the car cannot move due to an accident or breakdown, and is not returned to the store (tower cost, wrecker procedure fee), we will charge you 50,000 yen.

  • Cancellation charge

    Two months and more before the departure date: reservation fee 20,000yen
    Two months before the departure date:30% of basic charge
    One month before departure date: 50% of basic charge
    9 days before departure date: 80% of basic charge
    The day of departure: 100% of basic charge

  • LTC compensation

    If we cannot lend a car due to the repair of the vehicle that caused the accident, cleaning work due to fouling, equipment repair , as repair coverage fee under repair, we will repair the number of repair days of our designated factory (up to 30 days) × 10,000 yen .

  • If the rental of the reserved car becomes impossible

    If the rental of the reserved car becomes impossible due to a vehicle accident or breakdown, we may cancel the rental contract with the customer.
